The event will be from 12pm-6pm on Saturday, September 5th, 2026. Setup will begin at 10am.
Price per table is TBA. If selected, you will receive one 6ft table, two chairs, and two vendor badges. Applications will be chosen by jury selection and acceptances will be sent out February 2026.Art Market Rules
1. All work sold at your table must be your own work. Any fan made works must be original works and may not contain official artwork or recreations of another person's fan-made work.

2. Absolutely no generative AI images allowed. This includes and is not limited to art, graphics, and presentations created using AI technology programs such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Stable Diffusion. All images used for promotion and sale at your booth must be created using your own skill.

3. All sellers are responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying their own sales tax. If you don't have a TX sales tax ID number, please visit https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/permit

4. While adult materials are allowed, please use discretion when displaying them at your table. For example, using signs to cover explicit sections of the work or having 18+ works in a book/binder that attendees can choose to look at. Only attendees who are 18 years and older may purchase or see these items.

5.Please avoid using excessive noise or disruptive behavior to attract attendees to your booth. This includes playing music at your table.

6. We don't have any set number or percentage of how much of your inventory must be related to Final Fantasy, just make sure at least some of your stuff is on theme.

7. ACLB staff has the right to revoke vendor badges up to and including the day of the event if any of these rules are violated.
